Job Title: Experienced ICU Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care/ICU team on a casual basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients
  • Supervise and guide nursing staff members to ensure excellent patient outcomes
  • Educate and support patients in recovery, rehabilitation, and end-of-life care
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient care
Requirements
  • Authority to work in Australia
  • Minimum 12 months experience as an RN in an acute setting
  • Previous ICU experience highly regarded
  • Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent
  • Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
  • Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care
  • Self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
