Job Description

As a highly skilled AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data-driven solutions. You will design, develop, and deploy advanced generative AI systems that drive business outcomes.

Your expertise in AI and agentic frameworks will enable you to create sophisticated workflows, leveraging the power of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG patterns, and more.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate complex AI concepts into strategic business solutions that drive implementation and growth.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience delivering data-driven AI and GenAI solutions in a business environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of business processes and ability to translate business problems into data-driven solutions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Python programming language; knowledge of Java is an asset.
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries like pandas, NumPy, and SciPy.
  • Familiarity with AI and Agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, LangGraph, CrewAI etc).
  • Working knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of data engineering and pipelines (SQL, ETL/ELT, distributed systems) to handle large datasets and unstructured data.
