Job Overview: We are currently looking for an experienced Control Systems Engineer Lead to join our team. In this role, you will utilize your extensive experience in control systems engineering to lead the design, development, implementation, maintenance and programming of new and existing industrial systems.

Your daily tasks will involve:

  1. Leading control system design, programming, testing, installation, commissioning teams
  2. Collaborating with clients to prepare bid proposals and tenders
  3. Maintenance and diagnostics of control systems
  4. Mentoring and assisting team members, sharing your expertise
  5. Client interaction throughout the entire project lifecycle

About You:

You will have the capability to lead and mentor colleagues, as required. This role is largely office-based, but may require some on-client-site work. You will bring with you:

  1. A relevant Engineering Degree
  2. Experience in either water/wastewater/mining/mineral sand industry
  3. Proven experience with any of these systems - GEOSCADA, Citect SCADA, Rockwell, Schneider, Siemens
  4. Experience in control system design, programming, testing, installation, commissioning
