Opportunity Overview
The role of the Maintenance Fitter is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment at our facility. We offer both Day Shift and Afternoon positions to accommodate various schedules.

Key Responsibilities
The Maintenance Fitters will be tasked with:

  • Breakdowns: Conducting immediate repairs and troubleshooting as issues arise throughout operations.
  • Shutdowns: Managing scheduled maintenance and servicing of machines and equipment.

Additional Duties Include:

  • Promptly addressing and resolving machine breakdowns.
  • Completing planned maintenance tasks as directed.
  • Providing technical assistance to both Maintenance and Production teams.
  • Adhering to safety protocols at all times.
  • Upholding company values, procedures, and policies.
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of effective preventative maintenance strategies.
  • Assisting in the procurement of components from external suppliers as needed, with proper authorization.
  • Responding to technical inquiries regarding equipment repairs and maintenance.
  • Offering support outside of regular working hours when necessary.
  • Utilizing and complying with the site’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess strong diagnostic and communication skills, with a proven ability to solve problems and demonstrate initiative. A detail-oriented, energetic individual with a solid work ethic and a willingness to learn will thrive in this role.
