About the Role
Macquarie is a global financial services group seeking a skilled Data Governance Professional to join its Enterprise Data Platform division. As a Junior Technical Business Analyst, you will play a key role in building robust data governance platforms and tooling capabilities.

Job Description
As a Data Governance Professional, you will collaborate with Agile project teams to complete assigned tasks while supporting senior members in gathering requirements, conducting analysis, and creating documentation. You will work closely with Tooling leads to design products that meet customer expectations, gather insights through detailed analysis, and effectively address end-user enquiries and manage change requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require 1+ years of data management or business analysis experience, knowledge on data governance/management concepts, and strong business and technical analytics skills. Additionally, you should have strong stakeholder management and engagement skills, be a fast and self-driven learner of data and technology products, and have experience in data governance/management products such as Collibra, Informatica Data Quality, etc.

Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary estimated to be around $80,000-$100,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This package includes a base salary, superannuation, and other benefits.
