Job Overview

The role of Communications Specialist is pivotal to the organization's growth and transformation. We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and execute a corporate communications strategy, supporting our diverse business portfolio.

About the Role

The Communications Specialist will collaborate with business units to create strategic communication campaigns leveraging our communication channels and tactics to build resonance and connection with our people. This includes managing various communication tactics, special events, and campaigns, as well as supporting key internal communications projects such as conferences and forums.

Main Responsibilities
  • Internal Communication: Partner with business units to drive internal alignment with communication activities
  • Communication Tactics Management: Manage various communication tactics (e.g. intranet, weekly newsletter, digital screens)
  • Event Management: Manage special events and campaigns
  • Project Support: Support key internal communications projects
Requirements

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in communications and events within complex organizations. A Bachelor Degree or higher in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or related fields is required. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, project management skills, and ability to work under pressure are essential.
