Enrolled Nurse Position

Mallee Track Health and Community Service is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to patients and residents in accordance with our policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive nursing documentation.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver quality care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans.
- Respond to altered health status in patients and inform supervisors and other healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, particularly with older people and chronic illnesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
- Well-developed computer skills and organizational abilities.
