At John Holland, we're excited to be working on the Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, a landmark project that will transform Adelaide's infrastructure and provide lasting benefits for the community.

The T2D Alliance is a significant undertaking, requiring the delivery of 10.5km of motorway, including twin three-lane tunnels, road and bridge construction, and complex M&E installations. This project offers an incredible opportunity to be part of an iconic project, with career stability and opportunities for growth and development.

We are seeking an experienced Earned Value Project Controls Manager to join our team. As a key member of the T2D Alliance, you'll be responsible for promoting and developing a strong Earned-Value Management culture and supporting the project's timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing EV data such as cost, progress quantities, and programme/schedule to ensure integration with the baseline and construction programmes
  • Driving consistency and alignment between program, quantities, and forecast
  • Managing the Earned Value reporting system across the project for internal management purposes and client reporting
  • Producing comprehensive Earned Value reporting with the support of the Cost Control team, prioritising information that drives project outcomes
  • Championing data integrity from the project team and ensuring consistency in how performance monitoring is managed across the project
  • Interfacing and proactively participating with various internal and external stakeholders and becoming the key point of reference for Earned Value enquiries

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction, Commerce, or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role focusing on Earned Value principles
  • Significant experience working in major projects in construction or similar industries
  • Proficiency with planning in P6 (or similar), financial systems, or specific Earned Value monitoring software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
