Product Strategy Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic Product Manager to guide and shape our company's mission, vision, and high-level product goals.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building agile teams and processes to deliver complex software as a service products. You will be expected to perform regular market, customer, and competitor research, develop product strategy, and provide direction, prioritization, and guidance to the team.

You will oversee every element of the product from its conceptualization to its launch and post-launch performance. This includes organizing the analysis of customer segments, value propositions, and product positioning, enabling development teams to develop a world-class product in the most efficient way, and building and guiding agile teams that can respond to customers' needs quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmap
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform future development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline
  • Progressive experience as a Product Manager or equivalent, building and maintaining software systems focusing on cloud, mobile, and web infrastructure and deployment systems
  • Background experience in a startup with digital products, leading strategic planning to achieve flexible business goals and prioritize development initiatives
  • Ability to think analytically and articulate needs from a customer standpoint, extrapolating requirements to adequately cover the given scope so design and development are effectively empowered to implement solutions
