A Scientific Education Specialist is sought to join the scientific education office at a leading biomedical research institute in Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing digital learning resources within biomedical research, as well as supporting educational offerings within honors and masters by coursework programs.
This role requires a deep understanding of pedagogical standards and best practices in digital learning, with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
SalaryThe position offers a competitive salary package, including superannuation and attractive salary packaging options.
The salary range is Research Employee Level A ($89,054 - $108,453).
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop digital learning resources within biomedical research.
Support educational offerings within honors and masters by coursework programs.
Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders for the development of new educational resources.
Work closely with the Scientific Education Program Leader to deliver the total education offering.
Demonstrated expertise in medical biology, scientific technologies, or computational sciences.
Demonstrated teaching experience in a tertiary environment.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work positively and cooperatively with students.
Ongoing full-time position.
Research Employee Level A salary package.
