Job Title: Rural Medical Practitioner

This is a permanent full-time opportunity in a well-established practice located in Babinda, Queensland.

The practice offers primary care in a large and well-equipped facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Broad primary health care in a rural setting, including paediatric, youth, adult and aged care health
  • Immunisation, general medicine, shared ante and postnatal care, travel and tourist medicine, employment medicals, mental health, minor injuries, chronic pain, preventive health checks, extended primary care, indigenous healthcare, and chronic disease management
Qualifications & Experience:
  1. Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery
  2. Current AHPRA Registration
  3. Minimum of 3 years medical work experience
  4. Current working rights in Australia
