Lead Digital Collaboration Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Digital Collaboration Systems Specialist to join our Corporate Digital Collaboration Systems (CDCS) Section in Queensland, Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team delivering Microsoft Intune and related tools for policy deployment, tracking, reporting, and remediation.
  • Microsoft Intune Implementation: Assist in the development and implementation of Microsoft Intune as the primary mobile device management platform.
  • Compliance and Troubleshooting: Develop compliance data for service consumers and troubleshoot non-compliance issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve non-standard and undocumented issues.
  • System Planning and Management: Plan, design, implement, and manage various systems, including Microsoft Intune and Conditional Access Policies with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) including document classification, labeling, and content protection, Azure Application Proxy and Web App Proxy, Mobile device management for iOS, macOS, and Windows, Risky sign-in and security policies, and Migration from other mobility solutions to Microsoft Enterprise Mobility.

Additional Deliverables:

  • Documentation: Produce technical specifications, unit testing, and verification documents.
  • Reporting and Training: Create status reports and technical training materials.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Develop standard operating procedures.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Transfer skills and knowledge to departmental staff while ensuring proper documentation in accordance with recordkeeping policies.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position is based in Queensland, Australia, and we provide benefits such as professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Intune: Extensive experience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in technical leadership and team management.
