Role Overview

We're seeking an Aviation Project Manager to oversee refurbishment projects worth between $2m and $15m in our Aviation Sector.

You'll report to the Senior Project Manager and work in our Melbourne Airport office.

Your responsibilities will include closing out design requirements, engaging with contractors and consultants, managing construction/delivery phases, fostering stakeholder relationships, and overseeing contract management.

Candidate Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need demonstrated experience delivering capital works building projects.

This could be from airports, commercial, industrial, civic & culture, education, health, or other complex sectors.

You'll also require:

  • Experience delivering service upgrades and refurbishments
  • Experience delivering building structure upgrades and refurbishments
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
  • A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients
  • Qualifications in project management, engineering, construction, architecture, or related disciplines

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
