Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious professional to join our Real Estate Capital Markets team in Asia. This role will provide the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals, assisting in the growth and promotion of our real estate business for the Hong Kong market.

This position will be responsible for developing into a market leading commercial real estate broker in Hong Kong, leveraging their skills and experience to drive business development and client engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate valuation, with 2+ years of experience in Hong Kong. A degree holder with a major in Surveying or Real Estate is preferred, along with professional qualifications such as HKIS or RICS.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting senior brokers in following up with potential clients on properties for sale and arranging inspections
  • Conducting market research and financial analysis to support proposal submissions to clients
  • Providing support in managing all aspects of clients' real estate assignments, including tender exercises, sales contract administration, and reporting
  • Participating in marketing activities, such as designing and publishing tender flyers, outbound mailing activities, and attending client status meetings
  • Actively participating in building an extensive property and client database to generate recurring revenue

Additionally, this role will involve:

  • Identifying and sourcing land and buildings for sale, including evaluating feasibility and advising property owners/en-bloc owners
  • Engaging in Colliers' Asia Pacific Capital Markets' sales plans and objectives
  • Assisting to maintain and expand the clientele base, build and maintain rapport with key clients, and identify new business opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate valuation in Hong Kong
  • University degree holder with a major in Surveying or Real Estate (preferred)
  • Professional qualification such as HKIS or RICS (preferred)
  • Holder of a valid EAA license (strongly preferred)
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated track record of managing diverse stakeholders
  • Strong interest in commercial real estate and capital markets investment locally/regionally or internationally
