Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Busy Bees at Port Kennedy. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for our children, aged from birth to five years.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement developmentally appropriate programs for children, aligned with the National Early Learning Framework.
- Assess and record children's progress, using a range of assessment tools and strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, through effective communication and collaboration.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
- Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
- Current and valid Working With Children Check, or ability to obtain one.
- First Aid Certificate, including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.
