About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, liaising with landlords and tenants, and ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring timely rent collection and maintenance management.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Coordinate ingoing and outgoing tenants, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Conduct routine inspections and rent reviews to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to control arrears and improve cash flow.
  • Market properties to attract new tenants and maximize rental income.
Requirements
  • Current Certificate of Registration.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in Property Management.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong leadership qualities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Own car and driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
