At Roy Morgan Research, we are seeking a Field Research Officer to join our team on a long-running government Travel study in and around Mackay.

The successful candidate will work independently to recruit households to participate in the study, conducting face-to-face interviews and collecting data using a tablet. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new technology quickly.

We offer a competitive hourly rate and reimbursement for travel expenses when using your car. As a Field Research Officer, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and develop your skills in data collection and analysis.

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Weekday and weekend availability, including flexibility to work around other commitments
  • A National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
  • A reliable car and current driver's license
  • A mobile phone and email address
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills
