Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects of centre operation
  • Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team
  • Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in leadership role in early childhood education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
