We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Artisan to join our team in Proserpine. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably in a premium restaurant or banquet kitchen.

The Role

Our Culinary Artisan will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

  • Create menus with flair and innovation, considering stock, season, and patron preferences.
  • Ensure patron satisfaction by delivering dishes to expectations.
  • Monitor stock levels and order accordingly to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor food preservation and rotation to minimize wastage.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • AQF Diploma in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
