Key Role Overview

As a National Educator, you will play a pivotal role in empowering beauty professionals to deliver exceptional experiences to their clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering Comprehensive Training: Provide in-depth training to Lancôme beauty professionals on our brand products and services.
  • Facilitating Service Academy Programs: Lead and execute learning activities to boost knowledge within our programs.
  • Leading Services and Beauty Tech: Ensure delivery of CXE (consumer experience) goals.
  • Collaborating with Business Partners: Drive consumer connection and promote sales through service excellence.
  • Promoting Education Programs: Assess skills and development needs of Beauty Professionals.
