As a Support Assistant at our school, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our educational services. You will provide administrative support to teachers and staff, and assist with various tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

  • Assist with various tasks such as photocopying, binding, and preparing materials for classes;">
  • Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and databases;">
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure the provision of high-quality educational services;">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have basic computer skills and be familiar with office software packages.

Working Arrangements:

">

This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The salary range is from $52,000 to $72,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Education Support Class:

This position supports the educational services being provided to students but does not include duties of teaching as defined in clause 2.6.1 of the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 (Vic) or its successor. Supervision of students cannot be required except where it is an integral part of the employee's position or involves supervision of students individually or in small groups, in controlled circumstances, where the responsibility for students remains clearly with a teacher.
