Job Title: Front of House Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our front of house team as a Casual All Rounder. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with people, building strong relationships and seeing others have a great time.

As a Casual All Rounder, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support. This includes assisting with event management, promotional work and hospitality duties. You will also work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, time management and organisation skills are essential
  • Ability to work with food and beverage is a must
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays is required
  • A valid RSA certificate is mandatory, and holding a responsible persons badge is preferred
