Job Summary

A support worker is required to assist in providing direct care to individuals with disabilities. The role involves assisting customers with daily living tasks, promoting independence and community connections.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance including domestic duties.
  • Assist customers in accessing community services and building positive relationships.
  • Support individuals in their daily living activities in supported independent living settings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to develop positive relationships.
  • Resilience and confidence in dealing with challenging situations.
  • Ability to obtain necessary clearances prior to commencement.
