About the RoleThis internal sales position is a full-time permanent opportunity with room for career development. You will be part of a successful team based in Yatala, QLD, and will have access to exclusive benefits including a generous savings platform. The ideal candidate will have good customer service skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and be computer literate at an intermediate level.
Duties and Responsibilities- Process orders via phone and email, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Make technical sales calls and provide product support, utilizing your mechanical aptitude and bearing and power transmission knowledge.
- Provide exceptional customer service through counter sales and phone interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Attend to general and sales enquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
- Assist with picking and packing orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
