Customer Service Excellence in Retail Banking

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled customer advisors to support our retail banking branches in Adelaide East. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, identifying customers' needs, and offering tailored solutions.

As a key point of contact, you will work closely with customers to ensure seamless, consistent, and customised experiences. This includes assisting with account opening, lending, and banking transactions, as well as ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer details.
