Culinary Support Role

As a culinary support team member, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of our kitchen. This involves assisting in food preparation, maintaining orderliness of food supplies and equipment, sanitation control and kitchen equipment maintenance.

We are seeking an individual who possesses experience in working in a commercial kitchen and has well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. You should also be able to demonstrate empathy with and commitment to the care of older people, as well as an understanding of Infection Control and Safe Work Practices.

The successful candidate will have excellent time management and organisational skills, allowing them to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplined team. They will also be able to follow workplace guidelines, procedures and policies.
