The OpportunityAs a Senior Full Stack Engineer at our company, you will have the opportunity to influence not just how we build, but what we build, and grow as a technical leader as we scale. You will join us at a critical growth stage, where our platform is live with enterprise customers and focusing on scaling our front-end architecture, enhancing performance, and rapidly delivering new features.
You will contribute to the evolution of our platform as we tackle new challenges, working directly with our Head of Engineering and collaborating with a cross-functional team of security and engineering professionals.
What You'll Do- Build, improve, and maintain user-facing and backend features with React, GraphQL, Material UI, JS, and CSS
- Translate product requirements into technical specifications for elegant, secure, and scalable solutions
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions
- Participate in agile software development process including sprint planning, code reviews, and architectural decisions
- Write clean and efficient code that is easy to maintain and scale, and help uphold engineering best practices through thoughtful code reviews
- Contribute to the evolution of our platform as we tackle new challenges
- Proven experience with React, GraphQL, Material UI, JS, and CSS
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering and non-technical teams
- Familiarity with agile development, CI/CD, and version control (e.g., Git)
- Passion for writing clean, maintainable code and continuously improving how we build
- A sharp eye for detail and a methodical, solutions-oriented mindset
- Experience building security into your software from the ground up
- Background in cybersecurity or experience in regulated industries
