Import Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Import Operations professional to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive shipment pre-alerts and specifications prior to departure, ensuring timely coordination of carriers and receival commitments.
- Monitor import status to optimize import processes and expedite clearance and delivery.
- Process import documentation for air and sea freight shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize Cargowise effectively to streamline import operations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in import operations within a freight forwarder environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent negotiation, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Full working rights within the Australian market.
