The Application Specialist role supports growing demand for healthcare software solutions in expanding customer base and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the development or integration of TrakCare application following InterSystems methodologies and processes.
- Provide Advanced Technical Support & Troubleshooting as a tier 2/3 technical resource for escalated issues.
- Diagnose and resolve problems involving data integrity, system performance, or code-level bugs.
- Create tools, scripts, or minor code fixes to improve system reliability or client-specific workflows.
- Support testing, validation and documentation of new releases in real-world healthcare environments.
- Programming Languages: Proficient in JavaScript and Angular, Familiarity with Python and Cache ObjectScript.
- Documentation: Ability to design and write technical documents.
- SQL & Data Management: Ability to query and manipulate data using SQL.
- Integration Skills: Experience integrating with EHR systems, Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
Knowledge of database architecture and data modeling in IRIS or Caché, Understanding of message routing, data transformations, and business processes in Ensemble/IRIS for Health is desirable.
