Bush Regeneration Opportunities

Litoria Ecological Restoration Services is seeking experienced bush regenerators to join our teams in Newcastle, the Central Coast, and Hunter Valley. As a bush regeneration specialist, you will play a crucial role in restoring and maintaining the region's unique bushland reserves.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply chemical treatments to control weeds and invasive species
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective restoration plans
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Chemical Applicator's AQF3
  • Certificate in Conservation and Land Management (or equivalent)
  • Current drivers' licence
  • WHS White Card
  • Experience in bush regeneration and weed identification
Desirable Criteria:
  • Chemical Applicator's AQF4
  • Chainsaw ticket
  • Experience in supervising bush regen teams
