We are seeking a highly skilled and registered dietitian to join our team. As an expert nutritionist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nutrition care plans for individuals with disabilities and older adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' nutritional status, dietary intake, medical history, and relevant health conditions.
  • Develop tailored nutrition care plans based on assessment findings, client goals, and dietary recommendations.

  • Monitor clients' nutritional progress, dietary adherence, and response to interventions over time.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate integrated care plans.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Accreditation as a Practising Dietitian with the relevant regulatory body.
  • Strong assessment, counselling, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Working Conditions:
