About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Cleveland. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 6 key clients, processing payroll, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and working collaboratively with two other bookkeepers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 6 key clients, building close relationships and providing exceptional service
  • Process payroll for businesses with up to 20 staff members
  • Reconcile accounts, manage accounts payable and receivable, and maintain accurate financial records
  • Work collaboratively with two other bookkeepers to achieve team goals
  • Meet with clients on-site to gain a deeper understanding of their businesses

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Bookkeeper, with a proven track record of managing multiple clients simultaneously
  • Proficient in XERO, Hubdoc, and Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
