Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager at Hydro Tasmania, you will play a crucial role in driving the execution of programs and projects across our organization. By effectively deploying processes, systems, and technologies, you will ensure the successful delivery of key business solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project management plans to ensure project success
- Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to guarantee that project outcomes are met
- Engage with a diverse group of stakeholders, including other Project Managers, Analysts, customers, third-party suppliers, and the IT Leadership Team
- Lead projects to completion and achieve business goals, allowing the organization to advance critical initiatives and implement essential updates
We are seeking a highly experienced IT Project Manager with a strong grasp of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall. You will have a proven ability to drive change and foster collaboration across key stakeholder groups. A relevant project or program management qualification, such as RegPM, PMP, Agile PM or PRINCE2 Practitioner, is essential.
You will have a demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing IT programs, overseeing multiple projects with the support of project managers, business analysts, and specialized staff. Your leadership skills will be pivotal in guiding projects to completion and achieving business goals.
