About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled and ambitious Demi/Chef de Partie Chef to join our team at QT Perth and Santini Bar + Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for elevating our food program, including our signature restaurant, conferencing and events, and rooftop offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Head of Culinary and Chef de Cuisine to develop and implement innovative menu concepts and culinary programs.
- Ensure the highest quality food products are delivered at all times, adhering to our established occupational health and safety guidelines (OH&S).
- Monitor food quality and quantity, maintaining a deep knowledge of our menus and recipes.
- Requisition food products in accordance with established policies and procedures, ensuring efficient inventory management.
- Maintain a harmonious relationship with other team members, supporting a positive and collaborative work environment.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A quirky attitude with a passion for innovation and creativity, developing seasonal and rotating menus.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a hatted or high-end boutique patisserie environment.
- Ambition and a willingness to take on projects to expand the scope of our offering within QT Perth.
- A collaborative and creative approach to working with our QT Perth team, including the Executive Chef.
