We are seeking an Architectural Designer to collaborate with our design team to develop innovative design solutions and coordinate project through construction documentation phase.
This is a senior-level role, responsible for managing multiple aspects of client, team, and project coordination including full documentation coordination with consultants.
- Manage client expectations and team communication.
- Coordinate with project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultants.
- Resolve complex technical and design issues with the team to produce innovative, technical, constructible solutions.
What You Will Do
- Conduct on-site observations and document site reviews.
- Process submittals/substitution requests during construction and address RFI.
- Establish and maintain ongoing, productive client relationships.
- Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 10+ years of related project experience in Data Centre projects or other Critical Facilities.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, BIM360, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office.
Design Technology Qualifications
- Deep understanding and expertise in Autodesk Revit for design authoring, documentation, data extracts, and project delivery.
- Understanding of Information Management tools such as Aconex, Asite, Newforma, etc.
