Early Childhood Teaching Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced educator to provide high-quality care and education to young children in the Hills District.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement engaging educational programs for children aged 0-5 years, promoting their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  • To establish a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters collaborative relationships with other educators and centre staff, achieving shared educational goals and outcomes.
  • To effectively communicate with parents and carers about their child's progress, ensuring open dialogue and partnership.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Education/Early Childhood or equivalent qualification demonstrating teaching expertise.
  • An ACECQA approved Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification showcasing your teaching abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF), enabling you to create meaningful learning experiences.
  • A current First Aid qualification ensuring the well-being of children in your care.
  • Passion and enthusiasm for play-based learning environments, driving creativity and exploration.
