Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Leader to join our team in building a modern platform for identity verification and risk management. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of a core system that millions of end users will rely on.

The successful candidate will help design and implement scalable and reliable systems, taking ownership of tasks and identifying technical challenges proactively. They will also contribute to architectural decisions, offering insights and suggestions for designing robust infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement backend services and architecture for identity verification and risk management
  • Take ownership of tasks and identify technical challenges proactively
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and offer insights and suggestions
  • Work with other teams to improve system interactions and overall performance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong problem-solving skills paired with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to turn business requirements into flexible implementation models
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A preference for simple and elegant solutions
  • At least 3 years of experience working on systems at scale
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining microservices
  • Strong coding skills, preferably in Go
  • Experience with domain-driven design and event-driven design
  • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies, especially Kubernetes
  • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform
  • Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
