About the Role:

This is a strategic and operational leadership position that sets the direction for the Marketing function within the SEAU MX Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for forging a cohesive team and collaborating with key stakeholders to execute and deliver on metrics within the MX Business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, product capabilities, and technical solutions.
  • Oversee marketing budget and sales/revenue targets for the MX Business.
  • Develop and implement a flagship launch marketing strategy that balances HQ and local objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing activities across the MX Business unit to achieve brand awareness, consideration, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with HQ, RHQ, and key local stakeholders to leverage Samsung resources and achieve MX financial goals.
  • Define and drive audience strategy, targeting, performance, measurement, and ROI for MX customer life cycle activities.
  • Develop a commercial framework for investment to optimize SEAU MX ROI.
  • Identify areas of opportunity and source of growth to improve sales volume and quality of Galaxy customer base.
  • Oversee and align brand, experiential, social, and digital marketing activities within MX.

About You:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in product and marketing, with a strong background in consumer and mobile electronics.
  • Minimum 10 years of management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong execution experience balanced with strategic agility, with a high level of business acumen and effective communication skills.
