The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience with management reporting and decision support, and advanced Excel skills. They will also be able to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timeframes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Budgeting processes: Support the creation and implementation of budgets, working closely with senior stakeholders.
  • Reporting and analysis: Deliver insights through Power BI and advanced Excel tools, providing written commentary and supporting business decisions.
  • Financial metrics analysis: Analyze business metrics, review business cases, and provide decision support to drive performance improvement.
  • Collaboration and stakeholder engagement: Maintain collaborative relationships with finance partners and business stakeholders, communicating effectively and building trust.
About the Position

As a financial professional, you will play a critical role in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes for Enabling Functions. You will use your analytical skills and technical expertise to deliver insights and support stakeholders in meeting financial targets.

Required Skills
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (mandatory)
  • 2+ years' experience in financial services, ideally with insurance exposure
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with management reporting and decision support
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX) and familiarity with TM1, Oracle, and Power BI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
