Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to lead our production team. As the ideal candidate, you will have experience in managing teams and operations, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the production team to achieve optimal supply chain output and meet market demands.
  2. Ensure workers demonstrate preventative and proactive behaviour at all times.
  3. Manage staff, processes, and equipment efficiently and effectively.
  4. Provide feedback, instruction, and guidance to team members.
  5. Assist in delivering company initiatives to production team members.
Requirements
  • Industry experience (FMCG preferred).
  • Experience leading team members and scheduling staff.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills.
  • Quality Systems and Food Safety Awareness.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating change.
