Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to oversee our skilled workforce and ensure top-quality tree planting and maintenance services.

This full-time role involves leading a team of labourers and drivers to deliver exceptional tree planting and landscaping services.

  • Lead and manage a team of labourers and drivers to ensure efficient and high-quality tree planting and landscaping services.
  • Liaise directly with the council to coordinate services and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Work closely with the Operations & Delivery Manager to manage current and upcoming projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A physically demanding job requiring energy and self-motivation.
  • Experience in civil construction, hydro excavation, and non-destructive digging (NDD) techniques.
  • Knowledge of horticultural and landscaping practices, including materials and equipment usage.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to navigate challenges and deliver high-quality results.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to liaise with clients and manage a team.
