Key Responsibilities:

  • Train, performance manage, and motivate staff to achieve their full potential
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the Venue Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a management role
  • Strong experience working in a gaming venue
  • RLMV & Approved Managers License
