Senior Sales Leadership Opportunity

A dynamic and results-driven sales leader is required to lead our sales team in the Australian Automotive sector. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with staff members to foster a positive work environment.
  • Identifying and addressing performance gaps through regular coaching and mentoring.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service outcomes through regular feedback and coaching.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving sales processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar management role within the Australian Automotive sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
