About the Opportunity

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability and Compliance Officer to join our team as an Environmental Advisor on the Hill Road Upgrade project based in Sydney Olympic Park/Lidcombe area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the project meets NSW environmental regulations and sustainability goals, providing operational environmental and sustainability guidance across the project, developing and implementing environmental management plans, and conducting risk assessments and audits.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Environmental Advisor within Civil Construction
  • Qualifications in Environmental Science or a related discipline
  • Proven expertise in applying and managing environmental standards, particularly ISO 14001, across complex projects
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  • A strategic mindset to foresee risks and ensure top-tier environmental compliance and sustainability
