About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Team Lead to join our team at Independent Reserve. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of our mobile application for trading cryptocurrencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality code and meeting business requirements.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new features for our mobile trading app, leveraging expertise in Flutter, Dart, iOS, Android, and Git.
  • Team Management: Mentor and support developers to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including designers, product managers, and business leaders, to ensure that product vision and technical requirements are aligned.
  • Problem-Solving: Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to balance competing priorities, redefine tactical plans, and maintain a long-term vision for the product.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role, working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in Flutter, Dart, iOS, Android, and Git, with a strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Crypto Knowledge: A genuine interest and understanding of crypto trading and the ecosystem, with a desire to learn more.
