Job Title: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Coordinator

We are pleased to introduce a stimulating opportunity within our esteemed People & Culture team. As the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing the onboarding process to guarantee all administrative requirements are completed and comply with legal standards
  • Conducting pre-employment checks such as health declarations and visas to ensure new employees meet fitness and immigration criteria
  • Assisting in the recruitment process and coordinating interviews for retail management and casual roles
  • Issuing employment contracts, policies, and relevant documents
  • Addressing new employee queries regarding contracts and onboarding processes, providing support throughout the onboarding journey

About this opportunity:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or a recent HR graduate/study path seeking industry experience
  • Sound working knowledge of TA and/or HR practices, award interpretation, and employment conditions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information
