Job Overview

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric approach, a passion for creating a fun shopping experience, and a strong work ethic. As a Sales Assistant, you will be part of a progressive business that values internal career growth and supports team members in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and Eftpos transactions
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge across all business pillars
  • Maintain high store standards, assist with merchandising, and presentation
  • Work towards sales targets, budgets, and KPIs
  • Assist with stock control and quality management
  • Comply with national legislation, WHS, and security guidelines
Requirements
  • A passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • A happy, friendly, and energetic personality
  • A desire to deliver high-quality customer service
  • A valid Police Check Report is required for successful candidates
