We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Stylist Specialist to join our team at Specsolutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, providing expert haircuts, color services, and styling advice.

1. Cut and Style: Cut, trim, color, and shape hair or hairpieces based on customers' instructions, hair type, and facial features using clippers, scissors, trimmers, razors, and various professional color brands.
2. Chemical Services: Condition, shampoo, bleach, and work with chemical solutions for permanent and keratin straightening.
3. Beard and Mustache Services: Perform services including shaving, coloring, shampooing, and trimming beards and mustaches as per the latest trends and styles.
4. Hairstyle Design: Design traditional and contemporary hairstyles.

We require an individual with a strong educational background in hairdressing, plus 2 years of on-the-job training or certification in Certificate IV. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
