Connections Development Manager

The Connections Development Manager - Major Connections is a key role within SA Power Networks' Customer Solutions team. This position oversees a portfolio of large, complex, and politically sensitive customer projects across South Australia. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and their Major Connections team to understand customer needs, build strategic partnerships, and develop solutions that meet their energy requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead management of a portfolio of complex Major Customer projects, ensuring end-to-end delivery on time, cost, and quality objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment of expectations and delivery objectives while proactively managing concerns and conflicts for timely resolution.
- Develop and continuously improve project/portfolio management tools and systems to enable efficient delivery, manage internal resources, and coordinate customer activity.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing complex projects and teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
