Seeking a visionary nursing leader to spearhead surgical and ICU services at our hospital.

This key executive position is responsible for the strategic and operational management of Surgical Services and Intensive Care Unit. The role oversees the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centred care across perioperative, surgical ward, and ICU services.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will drive innovation, enhance service delivery, and optimise workforce capability to meet current and future healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational and professional leadership, management, and delivery of nursing services within Acute Surgical, Peri Operative services, Outpatients, and ICU.
  • Expert professional and leadership level delivery of high quality, evidence-informed nursing standards.
  • High-level advice to other Nursing Directors and executive team on service design, planning, development, implementation, and management.

Applications from First Nations nurses and midwives are encouraged in line with Health Equity, Growing Deadly Families, and Hospital and Health Plan Strategies.
